Pile Testing
For the verification of the designed bearing capacity and the quality of executed piles, we offer the following types of testing:

SLT (Static Load Test) – Reference method for testing pile compressive bearing capacity.

ATT (Axial Tension Test) – Reference method for testing pile tensile bearing capacity.

LLT (Lateral Load Test) – Reference method for testing pile lateral bearing capacity.

DLT (Dynamic Load Test) – Fast, economical, and reliable dynamic method for proving pile static bearing capacity.

PDT/PDA (Pile Driving Test) – Method for testing piles during driving.

Osterberg Cell (O-Cell) – Bi-directional test for large-diameter piles.

PIT (Pile Integrity Test) – Non-destructive method for detecting defects, heterogeneity, and pile length.

CSL (Crosshole Sonic Logging) – Advanced ultrasonic method for verifying concrete quality and detecting voids.

Instrumentation: jacks, comparators, PDA strain gauges and accelerometers, PIT sensors, CSL probes, etc.

Quality Management System (QMS) in pile testing.
Signal analysis of testing:

Signal processing: in-depth analysis, selection, correction, filtering, signal matching.

PDA data analysis and processing.

Processing data from embedded strain gauges in pile concrete.

Statistical evaluation: regressions with more than 1000 mathematical functions, statistical indicators, reliability assessments, statistical tests.

Defect classification: Random Forest, XGBoost, etc.

Dimensioning and optimization of systems for SLT (reaction system and counterweight) and DLT pile testing (parametric analysis of hammer and cushion).

We also perform post-test analyses/expert evaluations after pile coring, pile drilling, pile concrete camera inspections, pile shaft and base grouting, etc.

Preparation of method statement documents.

Implementation of quality management in pile testing according to ISO 17025 and other standards: preparation and planning of pile testing, test management, monitoring and control of testing data, processing of test data.

Customized pile testing reports.

Analysis of reports for a group of piles – global evaluation at the structure level.
