Pile Design
Pile design requires a high level of engineering precision, geotechnical analysis, and compliance with applicable standards (Eurocode, AASHTO, FHWA, ASTM, ISO, DIN). At Pile‒Tech Center, we:

We design piles for feasibility studies and studies on the justification of deep foundation construction, geotechnical reports, conceptual designs, building permit designs, execution designs, as well as construction technology and organization projects.

Design all types of piles: bored, driven, CFA, Franki, tubular, H–sections, helical, and others.

Also design: monopiles, base–enlarged piles, piles for horizontal load transfer, anchor piles, batter/raked piles, gravel piles, jet grouting piles, micropiles, and more.

Deliver solutions for piles used in: onshore and offshore structures, architectural and engineering projects, buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, bridges, overpasses, stadiums, wind turbines, water towers, solar panel foundations, coastal protection works, embankment piles, and similar structures.

Provide solutions for single piles, distributed small groups, and concentrated complete pile groups for a structure.

Offer pile arrangement solutions: linear groups, circular layouts, rectangular layouts, complex shapes, and more.

Consider geological and construction factors, soil type, bearing capacity, seismic requirements, groundwater level, site conditions, and more.

Conduct analyses of bearing capacity, serviceability, stability, and durability.

Apply both conventional methods and optimization models (Promethee, Topsis, Vikor) for calculating pile arrangement and dimensions – length, diameter, required reinforcement, pile deformation, and more.

Use software tools such as Plaxis, GEO5, DC-Software, SAP2000, as well as our proprietary AI tools for predicting pile behavior.

Create 2D and 3D CAD visualizations of pile design solutions by construction phases/stages and as complete systems.
